Returns
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, OZ Durag does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unopened/used items.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, as all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Durags
- Bonnets
- Wave caps
- Beanies
- Hair accessories
- Opened or used items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued where required under Australian Consumer Law or where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions for the return process.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable EU consumer laws. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
